As it turns out, most of the web says a glass of milk before bed is good for sleep. Some say because its packed with protein and will help you feel full all night long, resulting in a better night's sleep. Others say it has tryptophan that converts into serotonin, which eventually increases the amount of melatonin, and helps you fall asleep.

The only bad thing I could think of was possible weight gain from milk but my opinion wasn't well supported on the web. Most say as long as you don't exceed your daily calorie needs, a cup of milk is fine.

ICANSOFT GH LAUNCHES A STATE-OF THE-ART STORE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EasyStore)

Nowadays business processes have become highly information driven. Accuracy and timeliness with which information is processed is critical to the success of any kind of enterprise in the contemporary world, whether small or large, even in the rural areas where population is sparsely distributed. Increase in demand for products and services keep increasing with increasing population growth, especially in developing countries. The secret presently to business development is the readiness of an enterprise to adopt an appropriate technology, if a firm is to remain competitive in the global as well as the local market place.

Effective record keeping brings to bear a number of benefits required for a business to thrive irrespective of its location. For instance, up-to-date information about your daily sales as a provision or departmental store serves as a guide to assess the performance of your business with less effort: Having access to sales data over a period can help the enterprise easily analyse customer behavior and purchasing pattern, and this would help management to map up appropriate strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and patronage of their products and services. Also, it would help in product selection for stocking; eliminate accounting difficulties, and simplifies inventory taking activities.

The truth however is that a huge number of sales shops are aware of the availability of software solutions to the challenges they encounter during their day to day sales activities, but most of these companies could not adopt software solutions due to a number of factors including the cost involved (relatively too expensive), lack of technical know how (lack of computer literacy), and lack of information (Some firms do not know whom to contact for such technologies).

SOLUTION

Having seen the challenges faced by the various sales shops including super markets, ICANSOFT GH (an IT company located in Ghana), have decided to give out a software offer that befits any sales shop, whether small or big at a cost ranging from GHs1,500 to GHs4,500 depending on company (sale shop) size. ICANSOFT GH also makes provision for computers at a very moderate cost, should the enterprise demand it.
